MRCA

The MRCA menu contains five items.

The "Segment MRCAs" page lists Relatives by their group assignment, when their status is set to MRCA.

The "Groups Associated with MRCAs" lists all of the Relatives having an Ahnentafel group that is associated with the family group names on Relatives whose status is marked MRCA.

The "ICW Profile Group" page displays all the group names common to relatives and the current profile.

The "Region Clusters" page displays all the locations common to the profile, and allows for analysis of matches whom also have those locations.

The "Chromosome Analysis" page allows the user to see and filter to what gaps they may have in their chromosome mapping.
